Job Description
Graphic Designer/Video Editor creating social graphics and short-form videos for Naijatutors Konnect’s tutor programs. Supporting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Design social media graphics for campaigns, program launches, and day-to-day content
- Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and support longer-form video projects
- Maintain visual consistency with NTK's brand system across all platforms
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaign rollouts
- Complete a launch package design assignment for the Blind Debate — Season 1 program, including an Instagram post, YouTube thumbnail, and TikTok cover page
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio in social-first graphic design and video editing
- Comfortable with both static and motion design
- Platform-specific design experience for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro
- Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva Pro
- Reliable, strong internet access
- Ability to manage deadlines independently and turn around work quickly across multiple platforms
- Awareness of current Reels/TikTok trends and formats
- Bonus: experience with diaspora, education, or edtech brands
- Portfolio submission and completion of a design assignment
- AI Generated Designs will NOT be accepted
