Job Description
GTM Engineer building systems that enhance pipeline for a five-person team into the realm of enterprise retail and CPG. Working directly with the CEO to impact multi-billion-euro retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Build the system that makes a five-person GTM team look like fifty.
- Create multi-step sequences that fire on real intent, not arbitrary cadences.
- Ingest, score, route signals like LinkedIn, Apollo, Exa, Gong, Granola, RFPs to the right rep with the right narrative.
- Keep HubSpot clean, ensuring tier-1 accounts get attention.
Requirements:
- A bias to ship. You see the loop, not the task. The tools are negotiable, the attitude isn't.
