Job Description
Remote Guest Recognition Specialist and Reservations Sales Agent for Four Seasons luxury hospitality. Managing guest profiles, personalized recognition, and room reservations for exceptional stays.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest profiles on property, pre-arrivals, and non-guest profiles while upholding data privacy standards
- Review guest reservations and profiles daily using the pre-arrival screen in Opera and Golden, at least two days prior to arrival
- Champion profile management and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest essentials and preferences are met
- Capture sales from incoming reservation calls and coordinate reservation details
- Review glitches and Medallia surveys to keep essentials and preferences up to date in Golden
- Run reports for special requests and hard-block rooms for special requests
- Inform the Manager of special attention and VIP matters
- Follow up on extra tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Reservations
- Serve as a public ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office products, Opera, Salesforce and other programs as needed
- Independent judgment and discretion in decision making and managing confidential property information
- Well organized and able to prioritize in a busy environment
- Adaptable and able to learn new skills and tasks efficiently
- History of working in a team environment and developing working relationships
- Ability to sell and convert reservation inquiries
- Open to constructive feedback
- Remote position is location dependent
- Fluency in English is required
- Current work authorization in the United States is required
- Willingness to work flexible hours and days of the week
