Job Description
Head of AI Engineering building AI engineering function from the ground up. Leading AI systems delivering accuracy and compliance in regulated industries.
Responsibilities:
- Build Ideagen’s AI engineering function from the ground up
- Shape the strategy, architecture, and culture
- Lead multiple specialist teams
- Deliver AI systems for accuracy and compliance
- Set the technical and architectural direction
- Establish engineering standards and responsible AI practices
- Own vendor and cloud relationships
- Represent Ideagen’s AI capabilities internally and externally
Requirements:
- Led a substantial AI or ML engineering organisation
- Deep applied AI and LLM expertise
- Delivered production AI systems at scale
- Modern AI‑assisted development tools
- Comfortable operating at executive level
- Experience in regulated or safety‑critical environments
- Strong leadership teams and invest in development
