Job Description
Senior Director overseeing specialty banking activities for the Financial Institutions Group. Managing relationships with clients in various finance sectors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the specialty banking activities of the team
- Cultivate account relationships and ensure strong credit quality thresholds are met
- Monitor and coach performance of team members
- Create a strategic plan for the Financial Institutions Group
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and standards
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 15+ Years in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Capital Markets
- Specialized senior level client relationships and credit / industry expertise specific to FIG-related sectors
