Job Description

Head of Marketing & Growth at RPM Healthcare responsible for demand generation and brand positioning. Leading marketing strategies to enhance growth and market presence in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute RPM Healthcare's growth marketing strategy
  • Develop campaigns that generate qualified opportunities for physician practices, health systems, and self-insured employers
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline generation and revenue growth
  • Build lead nurturing programs that move prospects from awareness to opportunity
  • Develop account-based marketing initiatives for strategic target accounts
  • Create campaigns around conferences, webinars, direct mail, email, digital advertising, and outbound initiatives
  • Improve lead conversion performance across the funnel
  • Lead the ongoing evolution of the RPM Healthcare brand
  • Improve website messaging, positioning, and user experience
  • Strengthen RPM's market presence through thought leadership, content, PR, and industry visibility
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Help define how RPM Healthcare is positioned against competitors
  • Create presentations, case studies, one-pagers, videos, and sales collateral
  • Support executive presentations and conference opportunities
  • Partner with sales to create targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Build marketing programs that directly support revenue generation
  • Work closely with the team to improve HubSpot utilization, automation, reporting, and campaign execution
  • Establish KPIs, reporting processes, and performance dashboards
  • Manage marketing budgets, contractors, agencies, and external vendors
  • Continuously evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Proven experience supporting revenue growth through marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, branding, content strategy, and sales enablement
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations
  • Ability to operate as both strategist and executor
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization
  • Preferred Experience: Healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health
  • HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Marketing automation, Brand development, B2B healthcare marketing, Population health, RPM, CCM, or value-based care
