Job Description
Head of Sales designing and executing B2B/B2B2C strategies for telecoms and fintech sectors. Driving revenue growth through partnerships and managing high-value deals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute B2B/B2B2C strategy targeting MNOs, fintechs, and enterprises
- Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Drive pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Close high-value, complex deals (6– 18 month cycles)
- Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and negotiations
- Own pipeline generation strategy and agency management
- Oversee marketing campaigns, messaging, and channel effectiveness
- Align marketing outputs to revenue and pipeline targets
- Own full funnel: marketing → pipeline → conversion → close
- Ensure predictable pipeline
- Develop Telco, retail , aggregator, and partner channels
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years B2B sales experience (telecoms, VAS, fintech)
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven enterprise deal closing experience
- Experience managing lead gen agencies or marketing teams
- Strong MNO / enterprise exposure
