Job Description

High-Volume Recruiter specializing in field and fiber technician hiring across the U.S. for a fast-paced, fully remote contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Relationships! Leverage your social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients

  • Be an Expert! Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work by staying curious, asking questions and learning more about your areas of specialty
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (field tech, fiber, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring timelines (approx. 5 weeks per class)
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot between roles and locations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a non-client facing, team-focused environment
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
