Job Description
Stagiaire Assistant RH en recrutement et formation dans un cadre innovant chez gaea21. Implique des tâches variées en RH, accompagnement, et gestion de projets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs with project coordinators
- Write and post job advertisements to schools and universities
- Source candidates and conduct recruitment interviews
- Support onboarding: mission coaching and mentoring
- Assist with administrative management: internship agreements, tools, remote work
- Lead HR training sessions (tools, processes, soft skills)
- Monitor and validate HR learning paths and acquired competencies
- Contribute to HR monitoring and the development of our collaborative HRIS (SIRH)
Requirements:
- Current, upcoming, or completed studies in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Occupational Psychology
- Strong motivation for HR, training, and people-focused project management
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and written and verbal communication abilities
- Good command of collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion)
- Minimum French level B2 required (English appreciated)
