Job Description

HR Generalist managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, compliance, and HR programs. Supporting a US-based custom manufacturing company’s workforce and workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Computer Processor: Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
  • Computer Memory/RAM: Minimum 4.00 GB.
  • Computer Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems.
  • Internet speed: 5.0 MBPS plan or higher for both primary and backup connections.
  • Required noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port.
  • Required webcam: at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording.
