Job Description

HR Rep Specialist providing expert support in Learning Management System administration and resources. Collaborating with various stakeholders to market department services and ensure compliance within established regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides expert direction and management in analysis and resolution of issues related to LMS administration
  • Supports the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of instructional resources
  • Operates with a high degree of independence, autonomy, and good judgement
  • Markets department services and provides exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Learning Technology, Information Technology and/or Education
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in HR specialist or customer support role
  • Advanced proficiency of HRIS required
  • Familiarity with Workday system preferred
  • Must be able to track and respond to end-user concerns in a timely manner
