Job Description
HR Rep Specialist providing expert support in Learning Management System administration and resources. Collaborating with various stakeholders to market department services and ensure compliance within established regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provides expert direction and management in analysis and resolution of issues related to LMS administration
- Supports the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of instructional resources
- Operates with a high degree of independence, autonomy, and good judgement
- Markets department services and provides exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources, Learning Technology, Information Technology and/or Education
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in HR specialist or customer support role
- Advanced proficiency of HRIS required
- Familiarity with Workday system preferred
- Must be able to track and respond to end-user concerns in a timely manner
