Job Description
Entry-level HRIS Analyst supporting daily operations and maintenance of HRIS at ENFRA. Collaborating with HR teams and ensuring data accuracy and integrity in HRIS processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors.
- Generate and distribute basic HR reports
- Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations
- Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Stay informed of HRIS trends and best practices to support continuous learning and development.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits within the HRIS.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to or experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, iCIMS, TalentGuard, or JDE.
