Job Description

Remote HR Generalist managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations for a US-based custom-manufacturing company. Supporting engagement, performance, and HR process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Oversee performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws and company standards
  • Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making
  • Support development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for US-owned, shared service, or BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
  • Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • Minimum 4.00 GB RAM

  • Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections
  • Noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port
  • Webcam of at least 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording
