Job Description
Human Resources Generalist managing recruitment, employee lifecycle, compliance, and HR operations. Supporting a US-based custom-manufacturing company’s workforce and culture remotely from the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and broad human resource functions across the complete employee life cycle
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding
- Oversee performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Administer HR policies, benefits, and compliance programs in alignment with local labor laws and company standards
- Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics for management decision-making
- Support development and implementation of HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements
- Assist with learning and development initiatives, performance appraisals, and succession planning
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for US-owned, shared service, or BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations
- Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Minimum 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- Minimum 4.00 GB RAM
- Windows 10 or Mac OSX; no Linux, Unix, or other operating systems
- Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections
- Required USB-connected noise-cancelling headset
- Required webcam capable of at least 3 megapixels and 720p recording
