Job Description
Lead HVAC sales team to enhance performance and drive sales growth remotely. Focus on results-driven strategy and effective team management with a focus on key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a KPI-driven HVAC sales team
- Monitor performance (Revenue, Closing Ratio, Profitability, ADL)
- Optimize lead distribution and sales workflows
- Identify bottlenecks and implement fast, effective solutions
- Support team members in improving conversion and ticket size
- Handle escalations from clients and contractors
- Run регуляр check-ins and performance reviews
- Drive accountability and consistent sales performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Team Lead / Supervisory roles
- Experience managing sales teams (HVAC or home services strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and conversion metrics
- Hands-on leader with strong execution mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and performance dashboards
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- English & Russian — Advanced
