Job Description
IAM Developer designing secure identity and access solutions for Nortal’s global digital transformation projects. Automating IAM workflows, integrations, authentication, and enterprise access controls.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows
- Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA, and federated identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
- Automate user lifecycle processes using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs
- Implement Principle of Least Privilege architectures and RBAC models
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams on data privacy regulations and internal audits
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity access management incidents, system bugs, and integration issues
- Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend the IAM platform
- Maintain documentation for IAM architectures, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on IAM experience with Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID; FusionAuth is a plus
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO
- Solid backend/full-stack experience with Java, .NET, or Node
- Advanced English level required
- Effective English communication for working with US clients
