Job Description
Senior Consultant leading SaaS implementations for HRIS and finance workflows. Managing requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, training, and go-live support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-workshop solution consulting, customer-needs analysis, documentation, and analysis reports
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and establish implementation baselines with internal teams
- Solutionize customer needs, propose workarounds, and secure stakeholder sign-off on implementation workbooks
- Represent the internal customer for configuration and integration teams
- Collaborate with Product on functional design and prioritize feature improvements
- Configure products for client-specific needs and guide integrations with other systems
- Assist with data migration from legacy systems
- Supervise testing and validate solutions against client requirements
- Train client users on product usage, customizations, and integrations
- Maintain implementation documentation, user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications
- Support go-live deployment and provide hypercare, troubleshooting, and customer assistance
Requirements:
- Full-time degree from a recognized institute
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading implementation projects
- Expertise in pre-workshop analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Experience in the Finance domain, including SAP FICO, S/4HANA, ECC, Concur or Ariba
- Experience covering GL postings, cost centre, internal order and WBS structures, AP/AR, and vendor master data
- Experience integrating HR or Expense Management systems with SAP Finance, including claim postings, payment status, forex, and tax handling
- Experience working with HCM products is desirable
- Experience in Travel & Expense or Benefits domain is highly desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders in large organizations
- Ability to navigate challenges and deliver high-quality work while managing multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Ability to collaborate with a large team toward common goals
