Job Description
Implementation Consultant leading customer discovery, configuration, data migration, integrations, training, and go-live for Ecotrak’s cloud-based facilities management platform. Managing multiple B2B SaaS implementations across customer facilities and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own the customer journey from signed contract through successful go-live on the Ecotrak platform
- Lead implementation plans, including timelines, milestones, resourcing, dependencies, and risk tracking
- Lead recurring project status calls with customer stakeholders and communicate progress, blockers, decisions, and next steps
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations and prioritize across accounts to meet go-live dates
- Identify scope changes, delays, dependencies, and at-risk projects, and escalate with recovery plans
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve blockers
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status in project management and customer success tools
- Lead customer discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Configure the Ecotrak platform for site hierarchies, asset types, preventive maintenance schedules, user roles, approval workflows, and business requirements
- Manage data migration and validation, including asset lists, vendor records, and historical work order data
- Coordinate integration setup and testing with customer systems
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and go-live readiness
- Build and deliver role-based training and documentation
- Partner with Product to identify configuration gaps and recurring customer needs for future product improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, customer onboarding, or project management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Comfort configuring software directly
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CSV imports, basic data cleanup, and validation
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to project challenges
- Nice to have: experience implementing CMMS, IWMS, ERP, or similar facilities or operations software
- Nice to have: background in facilities management, restaurant or retail operations, or other multi-site business environments
- Familiarity with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Gainsight, Totango, or HubSpot
- Experience supporting SSO implementations and API-based integrations
- Familiarity with APIs, authentication concepts, integration workflows, and data mapping
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Must satisfy employment eligibility verification through E-Verify
