Job Description

Implementation Manager delivering complex projects for Allied’s diversified business portfolio. Managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional implementation teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure successful delivery of multiple small to medium scale, moderately to highly complex implementation projects
  • Align project teams with business objectives and manage timelines, project teams, stakeholder communication, scope, schedules, and risks
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the respective product area and guidance to other Implementation Managers
  • Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk and issue logs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to refine project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Create comprehensive project plans with tasks, dependencies, schedules, and milestones
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely delivery of outputs
  • Lead implementation kickoffs and stakeholder meetings
  • Define team roles and responsibilities and monitor performance against implementation plans
  • Resolve team conflicts, bottlenecks, stakeholder issues, and implementation blockers
  • Facilitate lessons learned sessions
  • Create communication plans and regular status reports for stakeholders and clients
  • Maintain accurate implementation documentation, plans, schedules, and reports
  • Define and implement objectives and key results to track progress
  • Track milestones and deliverables, collect performance data, identify deviations, and develop corrective actions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • 5-7 years of work-related experience
  • 1+ years of project management, or related, experience required
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams
  • Skilled in effectively delegating tasks and enabling team members to take ownership
  • Proficient in managing/negotiating conflicts within teams and with stakeholders
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferred
