Job Description
Implementing CSI digital banking solutions for community and regional financial institutions. Guiding customers through configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation projects
- Introduce customers to CSI digital banking solutions and implementation processes
- Gather implementation requirements and align them with customer expectations
- Conduct data gathering sessions to understand file movement and system configuration needs
- Configure applications and support system setup activities
- Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution customers
- Deliver training and support customers through the go-live process
- Provide post-implementation support for a successful transition
- Stay current on product enhancements and new functionality
- Manage customer data conversions, product configurations, and implementation projects
- Help financial institutions maximize the value of their digital banking technology investments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Banking, digital banking, or financial technology experience preferred
- General bank accounting knowledge preferred
- Experience supporting software implementations or customer conversions preferred
- Familiarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms preferred
- Travel up to 25%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
