Job Description

Implementation Specialist onboarding Care Pros and clients for Honor’s aging-care technology platform. Managing training, care plans, compliance, risks, and franchise transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for groups of 1-15 Care Pros and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process
  • Conduct needs assessments with Franchise teams to refine client care information
  • Verify client care plans for completeness and accuracy before transition
  • Identify and resolve Care Pro onboarding challenges and client schedule gaps or service risks
  • Maintain knowledge of state-specific requirements and verify Care Pro employment documentation, including I-9s and licensure
  • Review client contracts and profiles for regulatory compliance
  • Travel frequently to franchise locations for onsite onboarding, meetings, and franchise support; some weekend work may be required
  • Serve as primary liaison for Franchise owners and internal teams, leading meetings and resolving issues
  • Partner with Field Teams, Market Operations, and Hiring teams to address challenges
  • Provide additional capacity to other Honor teams during low implementation volume
  • Make decisions affecting Care Pro onboarding speed, Client go-live scheduling, employment compliance, care-plan safety, and prioritization of competing needs
  • Report to the Implementation Senior Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years in onboarding, training, customer service, or compliance-related roles
  • Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent Care Pro sessions and Client transitions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of state/federal employment compliance and care delivery regulations
  • Familiarity with virtual and in-person training methodologies and risk management
  • Ability to operate at strategic Client-planning and detailed Care Pro-documentation levels
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and travel schedules
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
