Job Description
Inbound Sales Manager leading a high-performing Financial Solutions team at BELAY. Focused on converting prospects into long-term clients while achieving revenue goals and fostering client experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Financial Solutions Consultants
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals with the Financial Solutions Inbound Sales Team
- Develop a consultative sales organization that delivers exceptional client experiences
- Drive performance through coaching, accountability, sales process optimization
- Ensure a seamless client journey from first contact through engagement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in accounting, finance, advisory, consulting, or professional services
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales professionals
- Strong Salesforce and sales analytics experience
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional credential preferred
