Job Description

Inbound Sales Manager leading a high-performing Financial Solutions team at BELAY. Focused on converting prospects into long-term clients while achieving revenue goals and fostering client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of Financial Solutions Consultants
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals with the Financial Solutions Inbound Sales Team
  • Develop a consultative sales organization that delivers exceptional client experiences
  • Drive performance through coaching, accountability, sales process optimization
  • Ensure a seamless client journey from first contact through engagement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in accounting, finance, advisory, consulting, or professional services
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales professionals
  • Strong Salesforce and sales analytics experience
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and motivational leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar professional credential preferred
