Job Description

IndySoft Analyst at Accredited Labs responsible for managing calibration management platform and ensuring data quality across systems. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and optimize data flow.

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in IndySoft — managing user accounts, roles and permissions, and other routine configuration changes. Assist with system updates and upgrades and help keep configurations consistent across sites.
  • Configuration & Setup: Configure templates, lists, events, and workflows within IndySoft. Set up and maintain equipment profiles, procedures, and reporting layouts (PrintBuilder / LayoutBuilder).
  • Data Migration & Site Integration: Assist with extracting, transforming, and loading data when integrating new locations onto our standard IndySoft configuration, helping ensure a smooth and accurate transition.
  • Data Quality & Hygiene: Run queries and reports to identify and clean up duplicate, missing, or inconsistent data. Support data validation, mapping, and cleanup efforts during system changes and the onboarding of newly acquired labs.
  • Integrations & Data Flow: Help implement, monitor, and maintain integrations between IndySoft and our other business applications (such as NetSuite and Salesforce) using APIs and integration tools. Troubleshoot failed syncs, investigate data mismatches, and help keep records aligned across systems.
  • User Support & Documentation: Provide front-line support to users for IndySoft questions and issues, escalating complex problems as needed. Develop and maintain clear documentation, how-to guides, and training materials to improve adoption and proficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in how IndySoft and connected systems are configured and used, and recommend enhancements, customizations, or automation to improve accuracy and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a systems administration, business systems analyst, data analyst, or application support role
  • Comfort working with relational databases and writing SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, insert, and update data.
  • A working understanding of how business applications connect and share data, including familiarity with APIs, imports/exports, or integration concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach to data and configuration work.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive, curious mindset — you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working and fixing it.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, lookups, data cleanup).

  • Health Insurance– Comprehensive medical coverage
