Job Description

Manager leading a 10+ person admissions team for Charlie Health’s virtual behavioral healthcare. Driving admissions quotas, client satisfaction, call quality, and time-to-admission KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
  • Coordinate team schedules and workload distribution
  • Deliver high contact-center service levels and call quality
  • Ensure timely coordination and communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources to advance clients into Charlie Health’s program
  • Champion each client’s admissions process and resolve concerns about Charlie Health’s program
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet time-to-admission and client-satisfaction KPIs
  • Develop and implement best practices across the Admissions and Discharge process
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to report on Admissions team performance
  • Adhere to strict timelines and documentation standards while meeting admission quotas

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of Admissions and/or Sales Representatives
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
  • Experience in behavioral health is a plus
  • Familiarity with HIPAA policies is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Completion of several state background checks for clearance to see clients
  • Florida fingerprint-based background check requirement, where applicable
