Job Description
Inside Sales Representative focused on selling Health Coach (HCI) courses through phone-based sales activities. Engaging with prospective students, meeting sales targets, and utilizing CRM systems for lead management.
Responsibilities:
- Use our extensive knowledge of certifications and specializations to overcome objections, address prospect concerns, and convert warm leads into sales!
- Make up to 150 calls per day to prospective students (no cold calling!)
- Use discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage with students.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals.
Requirements:
- A desire to promote and sell our Health Coach (HCI) course.
- At least 1 year of phone-based inside sales experience.
- Proven track record in high-ticket sales or managing premium product portfolios is preferred.
- Prior CRM experience.
- Enthusiastic and results-oriented with a proven track record in phone-based sales.
- Excellent phone-based communication skills.
- Personal passion for health, life, and nutrition coaching and desire to help others.
- Money motivated with a competitive nature that enjoys the grind of sales.
- Comfortable interacting with a diverse potential customer base.
- Ability to communicate and coach someone through their challenges and inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks.
- Ability to build rapport, empathize, and make a personal connection with our prospective students.
- Ability to frame the enrollment/sales conversation as a powerful conversation to help someone bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be.
- Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work.
