Job Description
Territory Sales Supervisor driving operational results through Agency Development accounts. Partnering with management to develop sales plans and conduct training for personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with management to achieve operational results for Agency Development accounts
- Assist in developing sales plans for profitable growth
- Manage the development of Agency Development staff
- Conduct sales training for Agency Development and field
- Communicate with Agency Development staff and Independent Agent partners
- Develop and execute business and strategic plans
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Four years of personal lines insurance experience, including three years in field marketing or account management preferred
- People leadership preferred
- P&C territory management experience preferred
