Job Description

Territory Sales Supervisor driving operational results through Agency Development accounts. Partnering with management to develop sales plans and conduct training for personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with management to achieve operational results for Agency Development accounts
  • Assist in developing sales plans for profitable growth
  • Manage the development of Agency Development staff
  • Conduct sales training for Agency Development and field
  • Communicate with Agency Development staff and Independent Agent partners
  • Develop and execute business and strategic plans

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Four years of personal lines insurance experience, including three years in field marketing or account management preferred
  • People leadership preferred
  • P&C territory management experience preferred
