Job Description
Installation Analyst coordinating ATM deployment, rigging schedules, surveys, travel, and project support for NCR Atleos, a financial-access technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule the activities of Deployment Services rigging teams based on project needs, priorities, team-member skillsets, and geographical considerations
- Manage all accounts under the direction of the Field ATM Installations Manager
- Schedule surveys, ATM IMAC activities, and joint meets
- Provide internal quotes for requested works
- Provide completion reports to DS project teams
- Secure non-standard travel requirements, including flights, ferries, and accommodation
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for DS Rigging requirements
- Provide timely updates and build effective communication channels with internal teams
- Escalate priority decisions to DS management when necessary
- Identify process-enhancement opportunities and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with deployment procedures
- Perform other corresponding duties and tasks as directed by the Employer
Requirements:
- +5 years' of experience in a logistics background, with emphasis on ATM delivery & installations
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to focus on performing required tasks and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work in a team setting and as an independent contributor
- Ability to work with internal partners at various levels, including management
- Ability to support team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
