Job Description
Dozent:in für Sales & Vertrieb bei Talentspring Academy, lehrend in einem digitalen Umfeld. Gestaltung und Durchführung von praxisorientierten Weiterbildungskursen für Teilnehmer:innen im Vertrieb.
Responsibilities:
- Course organization with passion: Collaborate daily with your team to create a dynamic and inspiring learning experience for up to 25 participants that blends enjoyment with flexible learning opportunities.
- Interactive teaching and personal support: Design a digital learning environment that sparks curiosity. In the mornings you engage participants with interactive lessons; in the afternoons you act as a point of contact to support practical assignments.
- Deliver practical, impactful content: Teach skills participants can apply immediately, bridging the gap between theory and sales practice.
- Foster independence & motivation: Provide appropriate challenges that encourage autonomous learning and growth.
- Sustainable course optimization: Uphold educational standards through continuous innovation. Shape the course so it not only teaches but also inspires and empowers participants.
- Guide participants toward a successful future: Equip participants with knowledge, tools, and confidence to prepare them for the digital workplace and to advance their careers.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification: University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Several years of practical experience: Industry expertise with hands-on professional experience in sales.
- Initial teaching experience: Experience with group training (e.g., as a team manager, instructor, trainer, or coach) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills: You are empathetic, open, personable, and enjoy interacting with others.
- Good organizational skills: A structured, well-organized working style to present learning content clearly and adapted to different learning types.
- Digital affinity: A strong interest in innovative, digital, and modern teaching methods.
- Passion for teaching: Enjoy working with learners and a strong interest in modern adult education.
- Enthusiasm for learning: You share our passion and conviction for the digital industry and lifelong learning, and can convey that enthusiasm.
- Empathy & pedagogical sensitivity: You can quickly assess individuals' personal needs and ensure learning success across different motivations.
- Strong language skills: Very good German proficiency along with excellent communication abilities and an empathetic, respectful manner.
