Job Description
Integrated Solutions Specialist advancing EMR integration and optimization initiatives at Adaptive Biotechnologies, which transforms disease diagnosis and treatment through immune medicine. Coordinating customer readiness and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day operational execution of assigned EMR integration and optimization initiatives from planning through launch and follow-through
- Maintain documentation of customer workflows, implementation requirements, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions
- Drive resolution of operational barriers by connecting stakeholders, addressing routine issues, and escalating risks
- Lead internal and customer working sessions to clarify requirements, assess readiness, resolve execution questions, and establish next steps for project recruitment efforts
- Assess downstream impacts and independently advance multiple initiatives, prioritizing work and recommending practical adjustments
- Identify stakeholders, inputs, and decisions required for successful implementation and optimization
- Coordinate customer-readiness activities, including workflow documentation, communications, launch resources, training logistics, and follow-up
- Develop knowledge of customer and EMR workflows to anticipate needs and address routine execution questions
- Identify recurring execution issues and improve templates, handoffs, workflows, and operating routines
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to standardized playbooks, workflow maps, and onboarding materials
- Use company systems and data to monitor readiness, workflow performance, utilization, and improvement opportunities
- Use approved automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce administrative effort and improve information quality while maintaining review and confidentiality
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of related experience, master's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, technology, implementation, operations, customer success, or a related environment
- Ability to independently organize work, manage competing priorities, and drive assigned deliverables to completion
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, including distinguishing routine execution decisions from issues requiring escalation
- Clear and credible written and verbal communication skills across functions and organizational levels
- Ability to quickly learn healthcare technology, diagnostic laboratory, customer workflow, and EMR integration concepts
- Proficiency with common business and collaboration tools
- Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Adaptive is not currently sponsoring candidates requiring work authorization support for this position
- Preferred: 3 or more years of relevant experience, including ownership of defined workstreams or implementation activities
- Preferred: Exposure to EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or OncoEMR
- Preferred: Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory operations, digital health, or healthcare technology
- Preferred: Experience coordinating testing, workflow change, customer launch, or post-launch optimization activities
