Job Description
Integrations Engineer integrating iGaming products, partner systems, and APIs for ARRISE. Coordinating technical deliveries, approvals, troubleshooting, and integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate gaming products, including launching new games and maintaining partner integrations into internal and external systems
- Plan and coordinate integration projects
- Understand and manage each step of the integration process
- Work on the technical aspects of API implementation
- Coordinate deliveries of new integrations, tasks, and fixes with the development team
- Communicate integration priorities, monitor issues, and escalate when necessary
- Serve as the main technical contact for external customers during integration
- Provide regular reports to management as required
- Ensure integration requirements are clearly defined
- Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained before production, including QA, Finance, and Compliance signoff
- Create, improve, and automate integration-related processes
- Participate in meetings with partners' technical teams
Requirements:
- Understanding of web technologies
- Experience working with web applications and CMS
- Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle/MongoDB queries
- Experience with basic Linux command-line interface and utilities
- Ability to manage and monitor systems for troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of XML, HTML, SOAP, and JSON
- Experience with software development in Java, JavaScript, or PHP is an advantage
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Experience in front-end debugging
- Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders informed through reports
- Experience in support
- Experience administering systems, including troubleshooting, log parsing, and scripting
- Quick understanding and learning abilities
- Ability to work on several tasks in parallel
- Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD
