Job Description

Intern assisting with HR processes at Dashlabs.ai. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, and report creation in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Help in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Help with onboarding
  • Help manage HR data
  • Help ensure HR information is up to date
  • Assist with administration and support of the HR Self-Service system
  • Create various HR reports including monthly company headcount reports
  • Provide presentation materials for reports
  • Update the HR calendar
  • Run various audits of HR information
  • Prepare COE draft for each request
  • Do other HR-related work that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • University student; preferably with OJT requirement
  • Interest in human resources management, HR data and analytics, or related fields
  • Willing to learn about recruitment, HR data management, headcount planning, and statutory requirements
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Meticulous and organized, able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset to think beyond operational activities
