Job Description
Internal Recruiter sourcing and recruiting attorney talent for Kaufman Dolowich across multiple markets. Managing the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit high-caliber legal talent
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach through hire
- Partner with leadership on strategic hiring initiatives
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting attorneys
- Strong sourcing skills
