Job Description

International Partnerships & Operations Manager responsible for the operational management of Winning’s international partners and promoters. Driving sustainable growth through both indirect and direct channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate, train and manage the network of international promoters and partners
  • Act as the link between international opportunities and Winning’s Centres of Competence
  • Report to the Nearshore and International Business Director, working closely with them
  • Implement the defined strategies and contribute suggestions for improvement as autonomy and trust increase
  • Keep information up to date in the CRM system (HubSpot)

Requirements:

  • Methodical, systematic and highly organised profile
  • Strong communication skills with professionals at different management levels
  • Proven experience in persistent follow-up of contacts or managing long-term commercial pipelines
  • Positive, proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional experience in business development, channel management, partner management, cross-selling or expansion of partner and referral networks
  • Preferred: Professional experience and/or fluency in languages from countries outside Winning’s current geographical footprint, e.g., outside Portugal, Spain, France, Benelux, Canada, Singapore and Australia
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot, and structured reporting practices
  • Hands-on experience developing professional relationships with B2B decision-makers
  • Strong experience in strategic consulting or technology companies, with effective communication with CTOs, CFOs and leaders responsible for business transformation programmes
