Job Description
International freelance recruiter sourcing multilingual candidates for Atlean World’s BPO, customer service, sales and marketing markets. Building an independent recruitment business across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World
- Source candidates through job boards, social media and networking
- Conduct pre-screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Present shortlisted candidates to the Atlean World internal recruitment team
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Build and manage a candidate network across international markets
- Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and recruitment strategies
- Track performance and work toward personal and financial goals
- Build professional reputation through consistent results and quality recruitment
- Work independently while collaborating with Atlean World
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Ambitious and motivated by achieving results
- Takes ownership of work, pipeline and performance
- Strong results-oriented and commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry
- Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms
- Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
- Constantly looks for ways to improve, grow and create new opportunities
