Job Description
Internship role at a financial consultancy focusing on financial management with practical learning opportunities. Engage with diverse companies and develop financial organization and planning skills.
Responsibilities:
- Recording financial transactions (inflows and outflows)
- Bank reconciliation
- Updating cash flow
- Organizing clients' financial records
- Issuing invoices
- Monitoring payments and receipts
- Customer billing and collections
- Communicating with clients to update financial information
- Checking schedules and billing
- Organizing documents
- Assisting in contract preparation
- Supporting administrative routines
- Assisting in the preparation of meetings and financial closings
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written communication
- Organized and committed
- Must have own computer
