Job Description

Internship role at a financial consultancy focusing on financial management with practical learning opportunities. Engage with diverse companies and develop financial organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Recording financial transactions (inflows and outflows)
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Updating cash flow
  • Organizing clients' financial records
  • Issuing invoices
  • Monitoring payments and receipts
  • Customer billing and collections
  • Communicating with clients to update financial information
  • Checking schedules and billing
  • Organizing documents
  • Assisting in contract preparation
  • Supporting administrative routines
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings and financial closings

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Good written communication
  • Organized and committed
  • Must have own computer
