Responsibilities:

  • Delivers standard user training and responds to frequently asked questions

  • Escalates more complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams
  • Maintains accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
