Job Description
IT Service Desk Analyst providing incident resolution and request fulfillment support for IT needs. Serving as the main point of contact between IT and end users on various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact between IT and end users.
- Responsible for incident resolution by restoring services as quickly as possible or escalation to the appropriate IT resource and incident logging and categorization.
- Responsible for request fulfillment support and knowledge management, providing users with guidance and support for their IT needs.
- Assists in the incorporation, installation, training, support and coordination of new and ongoing projects that involve several teams.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 24 semester hours in computer, analytical, or data-processing related studies.
- In lieu of degree, five (5) years' relevant experience will be considered.
- IT experience such as data and computer operations desirable.
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting of computer hardware and/or software.
