Job Description

Analista de Serviços de TI no time Digital Workplace, responsável por homologação e gerenciamento de serviços de TI. Colaboração em projetos de infraestrutura e melhoria contínua dos serviços.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform validation and testing of hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and adherence to established corporate standards;
  • Monitor, analyze and report performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT services and internal processes;
  • Manage IT assets, ensuring control, traceability and continuous updating of hardware and software inventory;
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities, contributing to the optimization of IT services;
  • Support the planning and execution of infrastructure projects and technology modernization initiatives;
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for the services and solutions under your responsibility;
  • Provide second-level support when necessary, in coordination with the technical support team;
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices related to IT infrastructure and operations;
  • Manage the company's corporate device inventory, ensuring correct allocation and use;
  • Manage the employee equipment replacement process according to lifecycle and identified needs;
  • Follow and reinforce information security guidelines, contributing to protection against internal and external threats.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration;
  • Desirable experience in hardware and software validation;
  • Working knowledge of operating systems: Windows, macOS and Linux;
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL Foundation);
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Strong collaboration and interaction with diverse teams/stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of security best practices and core security technologies
