Job Description
Junior Account Manager supporting casino operators using SOFTSWISS’s Game Aggregator API platform. Managing client relationships, performance insights, and cross-functional issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with casino operator clients and act as a reliable point of contact for their requests
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely support
- Identify opportunities to introduce relevant services, game content, and other solutions to existing clients
- Monitor account and product performance, analyse data, and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with Product, Technical Support, and other internal teams to resolve client issues and requirements efficiently
- Stay informed about iGaming market trends and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong written and spoken English at B2+ level
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues efficiently
- Confident communication and collaboration with international, cross-functional teams
- Written and spoken Russian is nice to have
- Experience in the iGaming industry or working with B2B digital products is nice to have
