Responsibilities:
- Translate business needs into structured functional requirements; support the creation of end-to-end flows with detailed business rules; actively participate in agile ceremonies, contributing clear functional input to the backlog.
- Efficiently manage the process backlog with strategic prioritization.
- Develop and document business rules in detail, facilitating understanding and alignment with the business area, and support the transition and sustainment between functional definition and technical implementation.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding of key requirements.
