Job Description
Integration Analyst developing SaaS solutions for data integration challenges in various industries. Collaborating with technical teams and clients to provide data communication and integration solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop data integration solutions between disparate systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability in information flow;
- Contribute to architecture definition and project management related to data integration and data communication;
- Work in partnership with the technical team on analysis, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of integrations;
- Provide technical consulting on integrations to clients, supporting solutions from conception through implementation;
- Provide Level 2 technical support by conducting investigations and analyses and participating in meetings with internal and external clients;
- Digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
- Knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;
- Knowledge of Python;
- Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs;
- Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications and concepts.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with ticketing/support platforms;
- Familiarity with the Apache NiFi middleware.
