Job Description

Junior Key Account Manager developing and managing key customer relationships in Southern Germany. Focusing on customer acquisition in a dynamic logistics environment with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing key accounts in the Southern Germany region
  • Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships
  • Support contract and pricing negotiations
  • Create, track and analyze proposals
  • Analyze customer requirements and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate between customers, sales and internal departments
  • Prepare and conduct customer meetings and presentations
  • Support tenders and sales projects
  • Maintain and document customer and sales data in the CRM system
  • Monitor market and competitor developments

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, sales or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales, key account management or logistics is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientation
  • Confident and professional demeanor with customers and business partners
  • Organizational skills and a structured, self‑responsible way of working
  • Negotiation skills and analytical thinking
  • Regular travel within the Southern Germany region; company car provided and flexible working options
