Job Description
Analista Pedagógico Júnior apoiando operações de correção de redações em plataforma de ensino e aprendizagem. Monitoramento de demanda, capacidade, produtividade e desenvolvimento de corretores.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily monitoring of the volume of essays received, pending, approaching their deadlines, and overdue
- Organize and compare demand, available capacity, and deadline data across different operations
- Support the definition and execution of distribution, prioritization, mobilization, and workforce reinforcement strategies
- Support capacity planning and monitoring for the grader network
- Support the monitoring of graders’ productivity, availability, returns, absolute corrections, and incidents
- Under the guidance of the Pedagogical Subject-Matter Expert, support technical alignment meetings with graders, documenting feedback, agreed actions, and improvement deadlines
- Support the identification of training needs and contribute to planning development initiatives for the grader community
- Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions, guides, announcements, and engagement campaigns
- Support the analysis of complaints related to human grading submitted through the official process
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or a related field
- Knowledge of writing production and grading processes
- Familiarity with the criteria, assessment matrices, rubrics, and descriptors used to evaluate essays across different genres, educational levels, and assessment assignments
- Professional or academic experience supporting operations or projects
- Proficiency in Excel or equivalent tools for managing operational controls
- Strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous demands, priorities, and deadlines
