Job Description

Junior Recruitment Analyst supporting structured growth of the company through assertive hiring. Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborating in the selection process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ).
  • Support the company’s structured growth through effective hiring.
  • Be part of the People & Management team.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for the company’s vacancies.
  • Perform resume screening and active sourcing (hunting) on digital platforms.
  • Conduct structured competency-based interviews.
  • Align job profiles with internal hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline in the Quickin platform.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in the selection process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (internship or junior level), in any sector.
  • Experience with online interviews and resume screening.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, Quickin or similar).
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Availability to work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ).
  • Previous experience in a recruitment & selection (R&S) consultancy or startups (a plus).
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel, etc.) (a plus).
  • Knowledge of hunting techniques and active sourcing approaches (a plus).
