Job Description
Setup Manager supporting SOFTSWISS’s high-load casino games API platform. Coordinating client integrations, provider connectivity, technical onboarding, and operational stability.
Responsibilities:
- Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers
- Provide full support for client setup requests and technical onboarding activities
- Work with technical and operational documentation to maintain accurate project records
- Manage tasks, updates, and communication using Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup-related requests
- Monitor setup progress and ensure timely completion of integration activities
- Support client integrations with game providers, manage setup requests, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
- Help ensure smooth onboarding and operational stability
- Contribute to efficient onboarding and seamless connectivity with game providers
Requirements:
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
- Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab
