Job Description
Jr. Corporate Trainer facilitating training sessions and onboarding for legal staff at Pacific Workers. Ensuring quality support for California legal teams with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants.
- Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals.
- Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees.
- Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops.
- Coordinate with operations and learning and development team.
- Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or related.
- Full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.
