Job Description

Jr. Corporate Trainer facilitating training sessions and onboarding for legal staff at Pacific Workers. Ensuring quality support for California legal teams with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate training sessions for new and existing Legal Assistants.
  • Assist the Development Manager in developing and updating training manuals.
  • Execute the initial onboarding phase for LATAM-based employees.
  • Help evaluate trainee progress through assessments and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate with operations and learning and development team.
  • Manage training calendars, attendance logs, and internal communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or related.
  • Full bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training software/tools.
