Job Description
K-12 Tutoring Solutions Director at Littera building partnerships with school districts for tutoring solutions. Leveraging district administration expertise to design tailored tutoring programs and ensure student success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with school districts
- Design custom tutoring programs
- Maintain communication and collaboration with districts
- Create long-term growth plans for clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals
- Coordinate post-sale customer meetings
- Cultivate strong relationships through virtual and in-person meetings
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless transitions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative experience within a K-12 school district
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or outbound sales role within the education industry
- Experience with educational services like tutoring or professional development is a strong plus
- Ability to build authentic connections
- Creative problem-solver with a knack for developing and executing strategic plans
