Job Description

K-12 Tutoring Solutions Director at Littera building partnerships with school districts for tutoring solutions. Leveraging district administration expertise to design tailored tutoring programs and ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with school districts
  • Design custom tutoring programs
  • Maintain communication and collaboration with districts
  • Create long-term growth plans for clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contract renewals
  • Coordinate post-sale customer meetings
  • Cultivate strong relationships through virtual and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for seamless transitions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience within a K-12 school district
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing or outbound sales role within the education industry
  • Experience with educational services like tutoring or professional development is a strong plus
  • Ability to build authentic connections
  • Creative problem-solver with a knack for developing and executing strategic plans
