Job Description

Key Account Manager driving growth and partnerships in the construction sector for Topcon in France. Requires strategic sales skills and proficiency in French and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop key accounts, targeting national and international key accounts, especially large construction companies
  • Lead negotiations for framework agreements with key accounts
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses for key accounts
  • Proactively identify upcoming large-scale projects and develop operational strategies
  • Develop and optimize tools, resources, and services for key account management
  • Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profit margins
  • Track sales activity against budget targets and provide regular updates

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven background in sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Well-organized, precise and thorough; self-motivated team player
  • Willingness to travel across France and Europe approximately 60% of the time
  • Strong knowledge and experience applying market strategy
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills are a must
