Job Description

Key Account Manager managing enterprise client accounts focused on e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. Driving customer success and strategic growth relationships for clients in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the strategic oversight of an enterprise client portfolio at Lett, ensuring retention, expansion and the strengthening of client relationships;
  • Manage relationships with strategic and executive stakeholders, acting consultatively and focused on business impact;
  • Lead executive meetings (QBRs/MBRs), building strategic narratives based on data, KPIs and market context;
  • Translate information and insights into strategic guidance for clients, connecting digital performance, e-commerce and digital trade marketing to business objectives;
  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio through upsell and cross-sell strategies;
  • Act in critical and at-risk scenarios, defining strategies and action plans for account retention and development;
  • Lead and develop the CSM team, supporting the team’s technical, analytical and consultative development;
  • Monitor performance, provide direction and foster team development, ensuring alignment with the portfolio’s strategic objectives;
  • Collaborate across internal teams to prioritize initiatives, track deliverables and continuously improve the client experience;
  • Lead projects and strategic initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, scalability and value generation for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic account management, Customer Success, Key Account Management or enterprise client relationship management;
  • Experience leading and developing teams, including performance monitoring, strategic direction and consultative growth;
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, marketplace strategies, digital trade marketing and online retail;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs, analyzing data and creating business-oriented executive presentations;
  • Experience conducting strategic meetings, developing action plans and providing consultative guidance to clients;
  • Knowledge of retention strategies, portfolio expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and client risk management;
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics such as pricing, share, out-of-stock, availability and digital execution;
  • Experience with CRM tools, dashboards and data analysis platforms;
  • Consultative mindset, strategic vision and strong business-impact orientation;
  • Excellent communication, influence, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environments;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Economics, Technology or related fields;
  • Native or fluent Spanish.
