Job Description

Key Account Manager managing pharmacy sector accounts within the Consumer Business Group in Switzerland and Austria. Responsible for financial goals, market analysis, and strategic collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation of annual agreements regarding prices and terms
  • Ensuring effective collaboration
  • Achieving agreed annual financial targets and customer-related sales KPIs
  • Ongoing analysis of market and customer developments
  • Monitoring competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensuring implementation of all category and brand strategies at the customer level
  • Managing the operational aspects of customer accounts
  • Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain

Requirements:

  • Commercial (business) or medical/pharmaceutical education/training
  • Substantial professional experience in Key Account Management
  • Proven success in sales and customer account management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, with strategic acumen
  • Team player with the ability to assert oneself
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office and presentation techniques
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
